NAXXAR - Here we find the designer-finished maisonette in a very nice residential area. Once you enter the maisonette you find stairs leading to the first floor with a beautiful open space with a large L-shaped sofa facing a fireplace, and a very modern kitchen/dining. On your right, there is a separate cozy TV room and in front of the living space, there is a front balcony. There are three bedrooms at the back of the apartment, all three with double beds, of which the main one is the largest with the ensuite and small balcony at the back, and one the other two has connected washing space with a washing machine and a space to dry the clothes, that leads to the bigger back balcony with a nice view.
